After Hurricane Maria left Puerto Rico totally destroyed, Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló thanked and admired President Trump for his actions to the catastrophe. But apparently, Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz didn’t have the same opinion.
Cruz attacked President Trump Friday, saying:
“People are dying in this country. I am begging, begging anyone that can hear us, to save us from dying. If anybody out there is listening to us, we are dying and you are killing us with the inefficiency and the bureaucracy.”
She also appeared in a shirt with “Help us, we are dying” written on it, on TV:
And she also had an interview on TV standing in front of packages of essential supplies that weren’t delivered yet:
Trump had the perfect response to the mayor:
And then he traveled to Puerto Rico and had a meeting with her:
But now, the mayor is back on TV and wearing a different shirt, with a message aimed directly at Trump. Tuesday, she appeared on MSNBC with a sweatshirt covering her shirt:
And when she appeared on Univision she was without her sweatshirt revealing her shirt that read “NASTY.”
